By pulling down product core temperatures at high velocity, we prevent the formation of large ice crystals. This process ensures that when your product is eventually thawed, it retains its original texture, flavor, and nutritional value without any “drip loss.”

  • High-Velocity Airflow: Equipped with specialized high-static pressure fans that circulate ultra-cold air at massive volumes, ensuring every tray or pallet is frozen uniformly.

  • Deep-Freeze Capability: Engineered to reach operational temperatures as low as -35°C to -45°C, effectively “shocking” the product into a frozen state.

  • Heavy-Duty Refrigeration Racks: Powered by multi-stage SHREE RAM brand compressors designed for high-compression ratios and continuous industrial loads.

  • Reinforced PUF Insulation: Constructed with 120mm to 150mm thick high-density Prefabricated PUF Panels to withstand extreme temperature differentials.

  • Advanced Defrosting Systems: Integrated electric or hot-gas defrost cycles to ensure the coils remain ice-free for maximum heat exchange efficiency.
