Our pre-cooling systems are the industry’s most effective way to lock in freshness, weight, and nutritional value before the products are moved to long-term storage or transport.
Technical Features
Forced-Air Cooling Technology: Unlike standard cold storage, our pre-coolers use high-static pressure fans to force chilled air through the product crates, ensuring the core of the produce is cooled as fast as the surface.
High-Capacity Refrigeration: Equipped with heavy-duty SHREE RAM brand compressors and oversized evaporators to handle the massive initial heat load of fresh harvests.
Rapid Temperature Pull-Down: Designed to drop product temperatures from 35°C to 4°C in just a few hours, significantly outperforming conventional cold rooms.
High Humidity Maintenance: Integrated systems maintain 90–95% Relative Humidity to prevent produce from shriveling or losing weight due to moisture evaporation.
Modular PUF Insulation: Constructed using our own 80mm to 100mm high-density Prefabricated PUF Panels for maximum thermal efficiency and airtight operation.
